Great location near public transportation and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed the complimentary face and body supplies provided in the room.
The room was quite small, making it uncomfortable to store luggage. Some rooms had limited natural light and only a small window facing a brick wall.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs after my wife's eye surgery. The beds were excellent and we slept very well. The hotel is conveniently located near train stations and popular tourist attractions in Tokyo. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.
Felt very lucky to have found this hotel, no reason to complain.

I had a fabulous stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Kanda. The hotel was conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Kanda JR station and Kodamacho subway station, making it easy for me to explore Tokyo. The room was very clean and tidy, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great location, and thoughtful amenities.
The compact size of the room, a bit challenging to store my suitcases. I encountered a language barrier with the staff when asking about ATM acceptance and reception availability during the night.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and a hot shower. It was also great to see their eco-friendly approach of not washing sheets and towels daily, rare in Japan. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Kanda train station and with easy access to Akihabara and Tokyo Station. There were also plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby.
It was all superb.
